Rubikcon (Qld) Pty Ltd was established by Peter West and Steve Alford who have both had extensive experience in their own businesses and had previously worked together over a ten year period playing vital roles in a earlier construction business as Office Manager and Construction Manager, respectively.

The company has expanded over the years with its office now located at Varsity Lakes, on the Gold Coast to better service a wider area of South East Queensland. It is fully licenced to operate in both Queensland and NSW and has built up an impressive portfolio in Queensland of commercial, residential, civil projects, multi - unit developments and a housing estate in Central NSW.

Rubikcon (Qld) Pty Ltd primary activities are:

  • Building Construction and Development in both domestic and commercial projects.
  • Private and Public School Construction Projects.
  • Project and Construction Management.
  • Contract Administration.

The company has a growing presence in these markets and offers clients immediate access

Steve Alford decided in January 2009, due to other commitments, to move on and break away from his seven year association with the company.
